Forums send out email notices of new posts as they appear. We know that you may not be interested in some forums, and others you may only want to know what's being discussed. You can have it your way by answering questions in a simple questionnaire. Watch the demonstration below (5 min).
Using the links on your PROFILE page (log in and click your name in the upper right corner of the screen) you can set the default for your forums, and then customize for individual forums. Note that if you unchek the email on the global preferences page, you will not get any forum email, period, full stop.
