A user complained that she has trouble reading the dense text that results when text written or copied from formatted documents is inserted on ClubExpress. This happens because the formatting is stripped away unless it is simple plain text. The attached MS Word Template contains a macro that substitutes simple plain text for the native MS Word formatting characters. Use it to compose your post, then select the entire text (Ctrl-A). Execute the macro by pressing (Ctrl-Shift-C). Then cut and paste it into your Club Express post.

I am the person who complained, to whom Richmond refers.

The problem is simply no spaces between paragraphs.

At least for me, this makes it very hard to read and understand, especially with very long messages. I have to copy the message into my own document and insert the spaces.
