Men especially are prone to making fun of one another in casual conversation. It's not really fun when I'm the butt of the joke, but I'm as guilty as the next guy of doing it. I notice that, as seniors, we practice and tolerate ageism when it is disguised as humor. Here's my Blog essay, tell me what you think.
