NaCCRA has plans to produce and air Webinars for residents of managed senior communities. The recent Dementia webinar was our first, and on September 17th we will broadcast our second. The technology needed to do this is familiar, but the details may be more advanced than the average person encounters.
As we produce these events, we learn best practices--the tricks of the trade that make it all work. I plan to document what we learn as we go, for the benefit of others.
