Anyone wanting to compare the amendment to the original bill should skip to page 129 (line 3699), as the revised title and summary are at the end of the amendment, whereas title and summary are at the beginning of the original bill. The chapter 651 specific section starts on page 64 of the amendment whereas it starts on page 83 of the original bill.
