For Type A CCRA's, can the home restrict entrants based on 1.age, 2.mental acumen or, 3.health. esp. in California.
Mine is a very active and resident-run facility, but some new entrants are not able to take part. Some can't use email or the computer.
Can the ability to use a computer be required?
