This is a good question. All of us in IL have the potential to move up in the levels of care, so it would be nice to have transparency re the issues presented in this Forum.

If our organization has a resident healthcare committee, does it receive quality reports from the healthcare and assisted living areas? Do you get to see any HIPAA-compliant reports about quality - like incidence of decubitus ulcers, falls, new incontinence, use of psychotropic drugs?
