Has your CCRC contemplated, or actually made, a transition from providing (a) nursing care and/or (b) custodial care solely in a central health center (traditional CCRC model) to providing such care in the resident's independent IL unit as an alternative to the resident moving to an assisted living or skilled nursing neighborhood?
If not, do IL residents hire private duty aides from home care agencies rather than give up their IL unit and move to AL or SNF unit?
And is your CCRC Type A or Type C?
