New Jersey Bill of Rights Sought
Jennifer J. Young

I wanted to read New Jersey's Bill of Rights for residents. I clicked on the Advocacy tab of this NaCCRA website, then clicked on "New Jersey Bill of Rights." The result: "Page Not Available."

Does anyone know where it's available? I looked under Bill of Rights and New Jersey and ORANJ in the Documents tab --- no luck.

If someone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it very much. Thanks.

I posted all that in the Ombudsman forum, first topic.

The Bill of Rights for NJ CCRC residents is codified in the NJ Statutes at 52:27D-360.1 to 360.7. The statue can be found online at the website of the NJ State Library and the website for Rutgers Law School.
