Structured resident assessment
Author Last Post

Less than two years ago, at La Vida Llena in Albuquerque, there was an assessment done. It was "structured" in the sense that it was administered by someone who understood the assessment and it was a written form they used. It took maybe 30 minutes per resident and was completed at the time the initial entry fee was paid. I assume it continues to be used.

Do any CCRCs have a structured interview guide when residents enter independent living? Apparently, our community used to have one that was helpful if a resident had to enter a healthcare unit but stopped doing them "about 9 years ago."
